Refund policy

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your rental order subject to the following cancellation fees and policies:

1. Any order cancellations made eight (8) or more days in advance of the delivery date will result in a full refund in the form of your original payment.
2. If you cancel seven (7) or fewer days before your party date, we are unable to offer a refund.

Return Packaging

With the delivery of the Product, Tanagra will provide you with instructions for returning the Products to Tanagra (“Return Packaging”). A courier defined by Tanagra will pick up the Products within 24 hours after the event date.

If the Tanagra carrying case is not returned complete with all inner components you will be charged a 1,000 AED fee for lost return packaging.

Additionally, cases returned excessively dirty, containing food particles, or otherwise reflecting a repack process outside of that outlined by Tanagra are subject to a cleaning fee of $50 per case. If the case(s) are deemed unusable by Tanagra (due to excessive dirtiness, damage, or other neglect), there will be a replacement fee of 1,000 AED charged per case.
